Position: Field Assistant Training
We are looking for dedicated candidates who are ready to build a career in professional plantation management.
* Recent graduates holding a D4 or Bachelor’s degree (S1).
* Educational backgrounds in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agrotechnology, Agricultural Product Technology, Soil Science, Plant Pests and Diseases, or Plantation Production Management.
* Must be willing to undergo an intensive 6-month training program.
* Must be willing to commit to a 2-year professional service contract following training.
* Candidates must be prepared for placement in our operational sites across East Kalimantan and West Kalimantan.
