## Current Openings: Join Our Management Team
We are currently recruiting for the Management Trainee (MT) program in various regions. This role is designed for individuals who are ready to take on leadership responsibilities and maintain the high service standards that define the J.CO brand.
1. Management Trainee (MT) – Solo, Central Java
This position is ideal for candidates eager to lead store operations in the Solo region.
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) in Hospitality/Tourism, or a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
* Experience: At least one year of experience in the Food and Beverage industry is preferred; however, motivated fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
* Physical Requirements: Minimum height of 165 cm.
* Marital Status: Must be single.
* Residency: Must be domiciled in Solo, Central Java.
* Competencies: Strong analytical thinking, excellent team collaboration skills, and a genuine passion for customer service.
* Availability: Must be prepared to work in shifts, including weekends and national holidays.
2. Management Trainee (MT) – Bireuen, Aceh
We are looking for local talent in Bireuen to uphold our reputation for excellence and efficiency.
* Educational Background: High School (SMA/equivalent) graduates are welcome to apply.
* Marital Status: Must be single.
* Physical Requirements: Minimum height of 165 cm for males and 160 cm for females.
* Residency: Must be domiciled in Bireuen, Aceh.

* Availability: Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, spanning weekends and public holidays.
