1. Deputy Chief of Mine Road Construction Management
This leadership role is critical to maintaining the logistical backbone of our mining operations.
* Key Responsibilities: Overseeing and managing complex mine hauling road construction projects.
* Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar construction management capacity.
* Strong analytical thinking and professional communication skills.
* Deep technical understanding of hauling road infrastructure.
* Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
* Willingness to be stationed at the PT IKIP site.
2. Personnel Officer
