* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Financial Management, Economics, or a related field.
* Professional Experience: At least 2 years in a similar capacity; prior experience in the heavy equipment or mining industry is highly preferred.
* Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial administration.
* Software Skills: Mastery of MS Office, particularly advanced MS Excel, and proficiency in ERP or accounting software such as SAP, Zahir, or Accurate.
