We are currently seeking highly motivated, qualified professionals to fill the following roles:
1. Senior Business Strategy Specialist
This role is pivotal in driving GMF’s long-term vision. You will act as a strategic partner, translating corporate goals into actionable plans and utilizing data-driven insights to foster operational excellence.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or Business; 3+ years of experience in corporate strategy or management consulting; expertise in M&A, business cases, and performance management.
2. Corporate Communications Specialist
You will be the voice of our organization, managing corporate image, reputation, and stakeholder engagement. This role covers internal and external communications, media relations, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
* Requirements: Degree in Communication or Public Relations; 3+ years of experience; exceptional storytelling and PR writing skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in event management and digital media.
3. Aircraft Technician
Technicians are the backbone of our operations, ensuring the safety and airworthiness of our fleet through meticulous inspections and repairs.
* Requirements: D3 (Diploma 3) degree; valid license with at least two A-ratings (A1, A2, A4) or three C-ratings (C1, C2, C4). You must be prepared to work at our headquarters in Cengkareng or at outstation locations.
4. Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME)
Engineers are responsible for certifying maintenance activities and providing high-level technical guidance.
* Requirements: Minimum 5 years of MRO experience; valid Aircraft Maintenance License (AMEL) with specific type ratings (e.g., A320, B737, B777, etc.); deep knowledge of aviation regulations and the ability to interpret complex maintenance manuals.
5. IT Auditor
As an IT Auditor, you will safeguard our digital infrastructure by assessing IT governance, cybersecurity, and internal controls to ensure our operational resilience.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in IT or Cybersecurity; 3+ years of experience in IT audit or risk management; strong grasp of ISO 27001, COBIT, and ITGC/ITAC frameworks.
