## The Management Trainee Opportunity

Program Qualifications
We are seeking motivated individuals who meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum SMA Plus, D3, or S1 degree from any discipline.
* Experience: Previous experience in Sales or Marketing is an advantage; however, fresh graduates with high drive are strongly encouraged to apply.
* Character: High integrity, honesty, and professional ethics are non-negotiable.
* Skill Set: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Professionalism: Must possess a neat appearance and maintain proportional height and weight.
* Leadership: Demonstrated aptitude for leadership and team management.

## Terms and Commitments
* Duration: Candidates must be willing to commit to an intensive training program lasting up to six months.
* Mobility: Trainees must be willing to be stationed at any OFFO LIVING store location across Indonesia based on company requirements.
