## Available Position: Production Operator

Candidate Requirements
We are looking for individuals who embody discipline, responsibility, and the drive to excel in a high-pressure manufacturing environment. To be eligible for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Preferably male.
* Age: Maximum 30 years old.
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SLTA/equivalent).
* Educational Background: Preference will be given to candidates with a background in Science (IPA), Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or Industrial Chemistry.
* Health Standards: Must be in good physical and mental condition and must not be colorblind.
* Professional Traits: Ability to work effectively under pressure, maintain strict discipline, and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility.
* Availability: Must be willing to work in rotating shifts.
