DSLNG is currently seeking a driven and qualified professional to fill a strategic role within its marketing and commercial division.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will handle critical commercial and operational duties designed to maintain smooth supply chain execution and buyer relations:
* Annual Delivery Program (ADP) Development: Compile essential data and information to formulate the ADP, establishing precise delivery schedules and LNG shipment projections to facilitate successful negotiations.
* Buyer Coordination and Negotiation: Liaise and negotiate directly with buyers under managerial guidance to effectively implement LNG Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPAs), covering pricing adjustments and contractual terms.
* Procedural Execution: Manage administrative procedures such as SPA amendments, correlation tests, surveyor appointments, and seller representative assignments to guarantee punctual cargo deliveries.
* Cargo Operations and Documentation: Oversee cargo dispatch documentation, including loading instructions and port authority clearances, ensuring absolute accuracy and compliance.
* Inventory Management: Generate precise inventory insights, propose weekly stock management strategies, coordinate with on-site teams, and organize dispatch timetables.
* Commercial Calculations and Invoicing: Prepare cargo calculations and draft billing statements based on the Japan Crude Cocktail (JCC) benchmark to safeguard commercial interests.
