## General Candidate Qualifications
* Gender & Physical Requirements: Male, maximum 27 years of age, with a minimum height of 165 cm.
* Educational Background:
* Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Agriculture, Soil Science, Agrotechnology, or Plantation Cultivation (for position 1).
* Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Agricultural Product Technology (for positions 2 and 3). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
* Commitment: Willingness to undergo intensive professional training and fulfill a mandatory 3-year service bond.
* Experience: Practical internship or field-practice experience (PKL) within a palm oil plantation environment is highly preferred.
* Availability: Ready to join the company as soon as possible.
