The successful candidate will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from strategy development to final onboarding. Key duties include:

Professional Requirements
To qualify for this position, applicants must demonstrate a blend of analytical prowess and interpersonal excellence:
1. Educational Background: Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Management, or a related field.
2. Professional Experience: Possess 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Capital functions. Previous exposure to the mining, construction, or heavy equipment industries is highly preferred.
3. Specialized Skills: Proven expertise in managing mass hiring initiatives and fulfilling workforce requirements across multiple remote operational sites.
4. Technical Proficiency: Strong analytical capabilities with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Looker Studio, or equivalent HR reporting and data visualization tools.
5. Soft Skills: Demonstrated ability in leadership, high-level negotiation, effective communication, and stakeholder management.
6. Mobility: Willingness to undertake business travel across all company operational areas in Indonesia as required by business needs.
