Core Responsibilities
* Client Consultation & Quotations: Analyze specific customer requirements—specializing in overweight, oversize, and heavy equipment shipments—and prepare accurate quotations while ensuring seamless order entry into the system.
* Relationship & Revenue Management: Actively support revenue targets by nurturing existing client accounts and cultivating relationships with prospective business partners.
* Cargo Tracking & Proactive Updates: Monitor, track, and expedite shipments throughout the entire delivery lifecycle, delivering timely progress updates to stakeholders.
* Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, and other relevant divisions to align client needs with internal capabilities.
* Documentation & Readiness Oversight: Oversee cargo readiness, shipping documentation, transit schedules, and auxiliary compliance requirements.
* Issue Resolution & Invoicing: Handle customer feedback and claims efficiently, assemble comprehensive billing documents, and coordinate with the Finance department to ensure prompt invoicing and payment collections.
* Performance Reporting: Track aging accounts, resolve billing disputes, and generate periodic reports detailing project progress, revenue metrics, and client performance.
