## Secretary & Support: Role and Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to join our team as a Secretary. In this role, you will be the backbone of our administrative operations, supporting the SEVP/Division Head to ensure seamless daily workflows.
Key Operational Duties
* Executive Support: Manage complex agendas, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and logistical arrangements for the SEVP and Division Heads.
* Document Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of correspondence, including drafting, processing approvals, and distributing official reports and letters.
* Stakeholder Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact, handling incoming calls, screening correspondence, and welcoming clients with the highest level of professionalism.
* Administrative Coordination: Facilitate communication between internal departments and external partners to ensure business agendas are met.
* Travel and Logistics: Organize business travel itineraries and provide personalized administrative support for executive business-related needs.
* Reporting: Monitor operational administrative tasks and prepare periodic performance reports to support data-driven decision-making.
## Required Qualifications

* Education: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in administrative or secretarial support roles.
* Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
* Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Canva for visual presentation design is considered a significant advantage.
* Professional Attributes: Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure, a proactive "can-do" attitude, and meticulous attention to detail.
