* Strategic Focus: Lead risk strategy development, coordinate the implementation of Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) methodologies, and oversee Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICOFR) and Sustainability Reporting (ICOSR).
* Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, or Accounting with at least six years of experience in internal control, governance, or risk management. Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis is essential.
2. Downstream Industrial and Roadmap
* Strategic Focus: Conduct deep-dive analysis into market value chains, develop comprehensive industrial downstream roadmaps, and perform technical-economic feasibility studies for expansion projects.
* Requirements: A degree in Metallurgical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering. Candidates must possess at least five years of industry experience and proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Python.
