## Recruitment Process and Application Procedures
Prospective faculty members are encouraged to submit their applications through our official online recruitment portal. Applicants must ensure all forms are completed with accurate information.
* Administrative Screening: Candidates who successfully pass the initial document review will be invited to the next stage.
* Assessment Requirements: Selected candidates will undergo a Computer-Based English Proficiency Test and an Academic Potential Test (TPA).
* Exemptions: Applicants who hold current, valid certificates (TKBI and TKDA) recognized by the Ministry of Education are exempt from these specific tests.
* Testing Schedule: Assessments are held Monday through Friday, from 08:00 to 11:00 WIB at the UMS BP-SDM Unit Office. Please note that the test duration is three hours; candidates arriving after 11:00 WIB or outside the designated days will not be admitted.
## General Qualifications for Faculty Applicants
To maintain the high standards of our academic community, all applicants must meet the following baseline criteria:
1. Identity: Must be an Indonesian citizen (WNI) and a follower of the Islamic faith.
2. Age Limits: Maximum 30 years old for Master’s (S2) holders; maximum 40 years old for Doctorate (S3) holders and Medical Specialists.
3. Character: Must have a clean criminal record as verified by an official Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK).
4. Academic Records:
* For Master’s/Specialist I: Minimum GPA of 3.50 (on a 4.0 scale) for S2 and 3.25 for S1, with linear educational backgrounds.
* For Doctorate/Specialist II: Minimum GPA of 3.50 for S2 and 3.25 for S1, accompanied by publications in reputable international journals.
5. Language Proficiency: A minimum TOEFL ITP score of 525, IELTS 5.5, or equivalent (TOEFL CBT 195/IBT 61/TOAFL 500).
6. Health Standards: Must be physically and mentally fit, and drug-free. Relevant medical certifications from government hospitals (RSUD) are mandatory upon hiring.
7. Professional Status: Must not be currently bound by employment contracts or serving as a civil servant/permanent employee elsewhere.
