The Job Training Assistant Estate program is designed to bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world agricultural operations. ## Candidate Requirements
STA Resources is seeking motivated individuals who are eager to embrace the challenges of plantation management. To be eligible for the program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Age: Maximum 27 years old.
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Agriculture, Agrotechnology, Agricultural Cultivation, or other closely related fields.
* Academic Achievement: A minimum GPA of 3.00 is required.
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
* Health Standards: Must be in good physical and mental health.
* Technical Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
